If your payment cannot be processed and I don’t hear from you, access to ALL class materials will be paused until your account is up to date. Money can feel uncomfortable, but I’m always happy to work with you on payment arrangements. My one ask is to be proactive—reaching out sooner rather than later helps keep things simple and stress-free for both of us. This is a zero-money-shame space, so please let me know if anything comes up and you need to adjust payments.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

This program is about marketing, mindset, and general business growth strategies. I bring over 20 years of marketing, communication, and copywriting experience. 

Topics on which I am not an expert include SEO, paid ads, and in-depth technology, including AI. 

I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work (more on this below). I approach mindset and shifting limiting beliefs through two modalities: Parts Work and Self-Belief Coaching. I use both of these modalities in our Mindset call each month. Parts work is done in a coaching capacity, not therapy or trauma processing.

TRAUMA-INFORMED

I am a trauma-informed coach, consultant, and facilitator; I am not a therapist or mental health professional. Being in a trauma-informed space is not the same as trauma-processing or trauma-resolution. As a participant, it is your responsibility to manage your nervous system. 

As you engage with visibility and share your work, you may experience discomfort, which is not the same as unsafety. Although your nervous system may perceive visibility as unsafe, you will always be encouraged to work at the pace of your nervous system and body.

COMMITMENT TO JUSTICE AND EQUITY

This space is rooted in the belief that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); amplifying marginalized voices, including Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color (BBIPOC) and LGBTQIA+ communities; and movements like Black Lives Matter are essential to creating a more equitable and compassionate world. 

If these values do not align with yours, I invite you to find a different space that is better suited for you. 

As we engage in this work to grow our business and income, we must acknowledge we are doing so in systems of capitalism. Divesting from capitalistic conditioning means that while we understand our worth does not come from what we produce, we also require money to live our best lives. Making money is necessary, and we do so through ethical business practices.

INCOME CLAIMS AND RESULTS

Despite what many programs, coaches, and consultants say, I can not guarantee income results. 

After working with hundreds of private clients and thousands of students in my programs, courses, and events, I see when people have a core message, consistent-ish marketing, and aligned offers, their business works better, including making more money. There are aspects to consider, including mental health, capacity, disabilities, and the changing seasons of life. I hold space for your whole human self rather than someone whose worth is strictly derived from their productivity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By engaging in this space, you agree to respect my intellectual property and the IP of other participants. This means you may not share your login or materials from the program with other people. Becoming an affiliate is the best way to properly share this program and its content. 

My teaching is influenced by incredible teachers (in no particular order), including Bear Hébert, Kelly Diels, Andrea J. Lee, Trudi Lebron, Katie Kurtz, Jess Jackson, and Sas Patherik, and many incredible colleagues, including Kate Marolt, Jessica Vazquez, Raspreet Sagoo, Kris Prochaska, and Tami Gulland. 

ACCESSIBILITY

All live calls are held on Zoom. Calls are recorded with closed captioning enabled. An AI summary with timestamps will be provided for every call and uploaded to the portal within 48 business hours.

This space is neuro-affirming, and I will do my best to provide accommodations to the best of my ability and within my capacity. While I am familiar with many aspects of helping adult learners learn, including neurodivergent learners, I am not a subject matter expert on neurodiverse accommodations or learning considerations.

Sign language or translation to other languages is not available at this time.

RECORDINGS

The recordings will only be shared with other participants. If I use any snippet (video or audio) in my marketing, it will only be my voice, words, or video, and I will not use any participant's image, words, voice, or video.

PARTICIPATION

Participation in the program, including live calls, recordings, or being paired with an accountability buddy, is not mandatory. Although, you will get more value from the program when you actively engage and participate. I encourage you to block out time to attend the live calls as much as possible.
