During my Master’s program in 2023, I was shocked to learn that traditional learning styles (visual, written, auditory, etc.) have been repeatedly debunked!

(As in ZERO evidence of traditional learning styles, debunked over and over... yet people still cling to this as a golden rule.)

I learned a specific evidence-based teaching method called the 4Mat method. I spent a semester creating a university-level curriculum using this method and was blown away.

So, of course, I adapted it for my business and integrated it into my own courses, workshops, and programs. I was stunned at the results.
